Kibi Gold Discovery - Summary

Maiden Mineral Resource Estimate (Base Case): 278,000 ounces of gold in Indicated category (3.38
million tonnes grading 2.56 g/t gold) and additional 147,000 ounces of gold in Inferred category (2.35
million tonnes grading 1.94 g/t gold)

Maiden Discovery is open ended in several direction to potentially increases the mineral resource by completing further drilling

Exploration team has defined multiple new potential gold shoots through grassroots exploration

All of these potential gold shoots are being drilled with our newly purchased diamond drill rig

The Kibi Gold Discovery continues to exhibit the potential to be a world class deposit

Company Overview

Resources Corp. (“Xtra-Gold” or the “Company”) has a dominant land position in the highly prospective Kibi

Greenstone Belt (“Kibi Gold Belt”) which is the last greenstone belt to be drilled and developed in Ghana. The Company holds the mineral rights to 5 concessions (the “Concessions”), totaling 226 square kilometers (55,095 acres), located in the Kibi Gold Belt. Our gold belt is analogous to the Ashanti Gold Belt which has 140 million ounces of proven gold reserves discovered to date, based on publicly available information. These two gold belts share similar geological features. Our Company has made a gold discovery on its southern most property - the Apapam Concession (the “Kibi Gold Discovery”). Xtra-Gold is conducting extensive drill program with the goal of signifcantly increasing its maiden mineral resource.

James Longshore, B.A. - Economics, Bowdoin College, Maine. President, Chief Executive Officer, Chairman of the Board ,Co-founder of Xtra-Gold and former President (2007 to 2010) and an officer, director and Managing director Ghanaian subsidiaries, Xtra-Gold Mining Limited and Xtra-Gold Exploration Limited since 2009. Mr. Longshore oversees the administrative and exploration activities of Xtra-Gold’s projects since June 2006. Mr. Longshore has more than 25 years’ business investment experience in resource companies.

Peter Minuk, Masters Certificate in Project Management (Schulich School of Business, York University). Corporate Secretary since June 2015, Director since March 2007 and former VP, Finance (March 2007 to January 2009) and Secretary and Treasurer (August 2009 to June 2014). More than 26 years' experience in finance and investment and project management. Formerly with the Bank of Montreal (1990 to 2006).

James H. Schweitzer, Director since June 2011. More than 55 years’ experience in the investment industry in Canada, in particular, in the securities sector. Former Registered Representative with Haywood Securities Inc. primarily in resource stocks (February 2003 to June 2011)..

Denis Laviolette, B.Sc, Earth Science (Geology), Brock University, St. Catharines, Ontario. Director since June 2015. More than 10 years' international experience in exploration, advanced mining operations, start-up mine management, QA/QC, grass roots exploration, financing and acquisitions in Ontario, Ghana and Norway. He is currently a mining analyst with Pinetree Capital Ltd. (since February 2014) and chief geologist/partner/operator of M.A. Resources Ltd. in Ghana (since February 2013).

Hans Morsches, B.A., Liberal Arts, Vanderbilt University, Nashville, Tennessee, M.A., International Management, American Graduate School of International Management, Glendale, Arizona. Mr. Morsches is the Senior Market Manager of Unum at its Kansas City and St. Louis regional offices in Missouri (since May 1999) and is a 30 year insurance industry veteran. He was National Vice President for Sales for Unum Canada (September 1989 to May 1999). Unum is a Fortune 270 insurance company and has been an employee benefits market leader for 35 years generating US$10.5 billion annual revenue.

Victor Nkansa, MBA, Finance, University of Ghana, B.A., Economics, University of Ghana, CA since 1995. Chief Financial Officer since June 2015, Vice-President, Ghana Operations since December 2009 (also Secretary, Controller and Director of Xtra-Gold's Ghanaian subsidiaries, Xtra-Gold Mining Limited and Xtra-Gold Exploration Limited, since November 2005). More than 30 years' business experience including 15 years' experience in the mining industry.
